Your dedicated property manager will call to introduce themselves, help with preparing the pre-tenancy paperwork, including safety checks.
We can pick up any minor maintenance before it becomes a major issue through regular and thorough property visits which allow us to assess how your property is being treated.
We have built up a valuable list of reliable, accredited and reputable contractors which are all referenced and vetted by us. Which helps get maintenance done efficiently and saves our clients money.
Managing the check out process
We organise the check-out, negotiate deposit deductions where necessary, evaluate dilapidation claims and deal with any disputes.
The Property Management Department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Outside of these hours you can send us a maintenance report via our fixflow reporting system https://lawlors.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate. We will then respond to this as soon as we return to the office.
