Heidi Foster, Elite Manager
After working with Global Properties throughout the 1990s selling high end homes, I embarked on establishing my own property sales and marketing company having secured a lucrative UK marketing contract in 2004, and established strong professional business associations with key developers. Ensuring that I kept myself up to date with what was happening within the economic downturn I could “see the writing on the wall” in terms of the lack of demand for overseas property in 2009 and with my daughter gaining a place at a UK University to study Law, I decided to re locate back to the UK in 2009. This arrival back to the UK coincided with the Lawlors Elite Department being created and I joined the team as a Senior Sales Consultant. In 2014 I was promoted to the Elite Homes Manager.
I have 2 children and I am extremely family orientated. I have a great love of travel, I lived overseas for a number of years and now continue to follow my passion in my spare time. I belong to Nuffield health gym and visit the theatre as often as I can.
Richard Kelly, Assistant Lettings Manager
My first job was at a family run estate agent in Romford, when the market slumped they started lettings and never looked back. After a brief break in 2004 I got back into lettings at a local well respected company and had many roles at many offices during my time there. I made the move to Lawlors in July 2017, having worked in Woodford I was well aware of their reputation in the industry and have made a good choice.
At Lawlors we value great customer service and a positive attitude which attracts tenants and landlords alike. I am looking forward continuing my career and future with Lawlors. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends in one of Loughtons many pubs watching sport and going out for walks with my family and dog in Epping Forest.
Annabel Kabel, Lettings Manager
Working with people and doing a great job is what drives me, I just love to get a thank you. I started from school in a travel agents but soon realised that working in an Estate agents was the place for me. Joining Lawlors in 2010 I have progressed to my current role through hard work and a commitment to my clients. I would like to continue progressing my career within Lawlors and have a clear vision on where we can grow our business further and develop a team to deliver superb customer service.
I live with my 5 year old daughter in Buckhurst Hill and in my spare time I really enjoy exploring the different parks in the local area with my daughter and I am a regular visitor to the David Lloyd gym in Chigwell where with the help of my personal trainer and Slimming world I have managed to lose 5 and a half stone. My next personal goal is to go on Safari, it’s a life ambition to watch how animals live their everyday lives in the wild and to be able to get within such close proximity with a lion would be incredible.
Chris Rawlings, Sales Manager
20 years of experience in Estate Agency with different agencies in both sales and lettings helps me keep a clear focus on the needs of my customers and the nuances of the local property market. I am NAEA and MARLA qualified and have been with Lawlors for nearly 3 years, I came to work here because Lawlors are the biggest brand in the area.
Outside of work I like to play golf, I would love to go to Augusta to play a round there and I enjoy trout fishing at the Hanningfield reservoir where I recently caught a 5lb trout. I have a son who is 3 and I like bulldogs, mine is called Albert.
Frankie Faulkner-Wild, Sales Negotiator
I joined Lawlors a year ago and have spent that time learning about the rich history of the company and local market gaining invaluable experience in a number of different roles.
I have always had a keen interest in property so it was a natural for me to go into Estate Agency and I couldn’t be happier working for such a reputable company in their fantastic new flagship Chigwell Office.
I have just taken up triathlons and recently took part in the London triathlon raising money for Macmillan so training has become a big part of my life. When I’m not training I love going out to eat, my favourite restaurant is the Belsit in Woodford they do the most amazing garlic prawns.
Simon Wood, Head of Property Management
At 16 I was the youngest windsurfing instructor in the country. Gaining experience across a number of different agencies as a negotiator and senior negotiator I moved into Property Management 3 years ago and have gained a lot of experience across all areas of the role. I joined Lawlors recently and I have a clear vision for the Property Management department to have outstanding processes and systems driven for the benefit of our clients, its an exciting time at the moment and we have great aspirations.
In my spare time I rarely get to windsurf any more, maybe once a year, but with my young son we enjoy visiting local farms like Marsh Farm and Lee Valley and the Duxford Air show.
